Eating is necessary.  The eating experience can be emotional, social, and fun!  Sometimes, though, it can be challenging to navigate through these many aspects of eating while making sure you’re getting the nutritious fuel your body needs. That’s where I come in as a registered dietitian.  I am passionate about helping people develop and sustain a healthy relationship with food and eating. I want you to discover how to eat in the way that is right for your body and your life.  On this website you’ll find stories about my experiences flirting with food and life–because I believe the two are inseparable. Mixed throughout these flirtations are recipes, nutrition science, and cooking tips.
